Following Leeds' signing of the wonderfully-named Robert Snodgrass, I was wondering if anyone else had some decent 'odd names' from football?
Paul Heckingbottom, currently at Bradford, is quite a good one, I feel ;D

Haven't been able to find who he plays for, but there is/was a footballer called Frank Awanka There's also Danger Fourpence who plays for Zimbabwe's Caps United, and Stephen Sunny Sunday who plays for Polideportivo Ejido. Can also pull up Segar Richard Bastard who played non-league football and refereed the 1878 (!) FA Cup final. Some others of note are Australian keeper Norman Conquest, Seychelles star Johnny Moustache, and Congolese striker Bongo Christ. I think the favourite I've found so far has to be this unfortunate fellow: Anthony Philip David Terry Frank Donald Stanley Gerry Gordon Stephen James Oatway - Charlie to his friends. He's named after the QPR 1972-73 promotion-winning team - poor git! ;D
