I got back from an amazing trip to Norway yesterday. Here are a few photos... (sorry about the size). First glimpse of Norway from the plane. Views from the end of a pier in Oslo. Views from the Oslo to Bergen train ride. These pictures don't do the views justice at all. It was completely beautiful. View from a pier in Bergen. View from the top of a mountain. (Again, the picture doesn't do it justice at all.) The narrowest street in Bergen. An art project we stumbled across. You had to write what you would do if you created the world. This was my entry... Farewell Norway. This is back in England. Can anyone identify the football grounds for me? We flew back to Stansted so I presume this is over East Anglia? A picture of me in a fountain in Oslo.

Bugger. You've made me want to go to Norway even more now. Lol, it's very beautiful. It was very hot too - like 30 degrees everyday. Extremely expensive though! A bottle of water was around £5!

Ooh wow! I think the whole of Scandinavia is fairly expensive, I'd love to go back to Denmark, but I want to see the other countries as well! Think it's just post-exam desire to go somewhere... The landscape looks amazing, great pictures! Love the ones from the air.

It is amazing isn't it Jen, glad you had a funky time. I went a couple of years ago, but I went in the winter as you can see That's just up a mountain near Bergen And check out the thickness of the snow in this one ;D

Cracking pics Jen. Have always wanted to go to Norway but the price of things have always put me off. Thank you! I'd recommend going for a couple of days, a week there and you would spend so, so much. But a few days like we did is quite feasible.

Bergen was lovely, we went up a mountain on a funicular railway one day and the view was, literally, breathtaking.

You may have gone on the same trip as me actually, Oslo, then Oslo to Bergen then Bergen back to Oslo (on the way back I stayed in a little town in the shadow of a Fjord I forget what it's called. But this picture looks familar This is the view from my cabin

The train ride was amazing. Was it Flam where you stayed? There's a big waterfall there and lots of people got off the train there. Seemed quite a popular place.
