We wont fall into the trap of just buying to make up the numbers my friend. We will buy players with the right qualities when the prices are right.
Not really in a position to talk are you though? Your squad wasn't good enough to even make the playoffs and with that league apparently getting harder you'll be needing to massively strengthen to achieve your dreams of attaining that last playoff place ;D

We narrowly missed out on the playoffs, we have a young hungry squad and our owner has made it clear that we don't intend to sell any of them. Mark my words boggie, the future's bright the future's OLD GOLD 'Massively strengthen to attain playoff place' Layoff the smack sunshine , the current squad is good enough to attain a playoff place, if we strengthen we'll occupy the top two places.

Mark my words boggie, the future's bright the future's OLD GOLD Noticed you've gone backwards this season?

Strange, the way I see it you're only as good as your final league position and if you don't get into the playoffs then you're obviously not good enough to

Is this an appeal or are we at the point of passing sentence now. With the McCormick case, the Marcel Seip case and a less than healthy history of falling foul of the law (Pericard, Alan Nicholls, right back to Ronnie Mauge) I think I would have serious doubts before signing anybody from Argyle...

Passing sentence, for our sake i hope he doesn't get a jail sentence. McCormick was promoting a campaign against drink driving as well.

Zoltan Gera just signed for Fulham on a free transfer. Huge loss and shows the lack of ambition, i really thought you had a chance of staying up this season, but i seriously doubt that.

To my knowledge he isn't charged with that but for the sorry state of affairs he may as well have been. From what I heard, and it is all hearsay, SEB will be very lucky to avoid a custodial sentence. Speaks volumes for professional footballers all round really...

They need to be punished for there crimes, regardless of there occupations. RIP the two little guys who died, can't imagine what their parents are going through, losing one child is enough but two.

I'd refer you to the Argyle pages - people have been generally balanced but fair over there. Nothing, absolutely nothing which is good comes out of this whole sorry business - but all sympathy with the family. I have two sons myself and there cannot be anything worse. I pity McCormick in so many ways as malice would be so far from his intent but I am certain that his own wish would be that all sympathy is reserved for those who merit it. Can you imagine being in his head?
