Im just interested to see the results, for me... WITHOUT A DOUBT, WEST HAM HAVE THE MOST BIASED FANS IN THE PREM! Or is that just to me as there the local side Nothing's never their fault, and they "allways deserve" to win, they think their a big club, with a lot of history, and worst of all.... They think they won the world cup Put it this way, about 60% of football fans I know support them, I get it all day every day of how "good" they are, and when they loose I allways get the famous "We was robbed".

I can see where you're coming from with Wet Spam, Liverpool are also up there- due to not learning form their mistakes, and it always being someone elses fault- ie 2000 scummers strorming ticket barriers in Athens wasn't their fault, but the organisers. I also think Newcastle should be in there, as they are sorely deluded about where they are. Throw in Chelsea and scum for good measure. Although tbh, I think if we were still in the premiership, we'd be in there too.

Knowing a lot of Newcastle fans as I do you'd be surprised at their humility in reality. The media like to portray them as great but the ones I know realise they're lucky not to be in the Championship. In general they're on a par with Villa and Spurs IMO Then again if you can't be biased about your own team to a degree, what can you do? Still the Scousers for me though, Man U fans have the success to back up a lot of their boasts...

The Newcastle supporters are portrayed as the best in the land by the media. Yet, in the 80's they only got crowds of 10,000, and nowadays Sunderland, Wednesday and Leeds take up to 6000 (and in Sunderlands case up to 9000) to some div 2 fixtures! Exactly. Again I think the Man Utd bias is down to the media, as some of the papers are Manchester-based

I think it may have been cup matches that they got 10K, my grandad supported them and I'm sure it was much closer to 20k on average. The 80s was a pretty depressed time though, attendances all around the country were poor, we were a top side (I can say that) and we often only got 15k... But an increase to 52k is a massive one I admit and like Reading now, not all of the current fans would have been there back then, though a lot will claim they were! I had to laugh on BBC 606 when an Oxford fan said to a bragging Reading fan 'I didn't realise Elm Park had a capacity of 60,000, but it must have done to fit you all in...' ;D

Ironically Everton have always struck me as being amongst the most decent and patient Prem supporters. Man City too, great fans.

I agree Liverpool for all the reasons stated.
Chelsea are not better than Liverpool as they have beaten them a few times in big matches yet Chelsea continually finish above them.
And all the other excuses they dream up.

Can't argue with that really, but they still support their team in serious numbers and vocally too despite 'lack of success'. We've spent a lot of time in the same league as Man City as they were a bit of a yo yo team and I've always had a lot of time for the fans. Their attendances when they were in the 3rd tier in 1998 topped 30 thousand too. Ironically Everton have always struck me as being amongst the most decent and patient Prem supporters. Man City too, great fans. From living in the shadows of teams that are perennially better...?

Mind you, both Man City and Everton are capable of giving their city neighbours a good beating with surprising regularity, probably due to complacency from said betters

Or maybe they are not as expectant of trophies as their rivals. Can't argue with that really, but they still support their team in serious numbers and vocally too despite 'lack of success'. They could be though if they were that way inclined. Let's face it,when Liverpool were last a bona fide title winning team, so were Everton Or maybe they are not as expectant of trophies as their rivals. Aye...football has a habit of being cyclical though. I'm sure one day we'll both be back in...the Championship Can't argue with that really, but they still support their team in serious numbers and vocally too despite 'lack of success'. But Liverpool have won far more silverware and are therefore more expectant of further trophies. Everton have never really been there as much so are more humble and down to earth about their chances. Liverpool fans are just putrid. They could be though if they were that way inclined.
