Lions keeper coach joins Palace Goalkeeping coach Tony Burns has left Millwall to take up a similar position at London rivals Crystal Palace. Burns had spent 14 years with the Lions, and became assistant manager under David Tuttle last December.
"I felt that when Tutts left, I should probably have gone too," Burns told Millwall's website.
"I am grateful to Millwall for offering me the chance to resume as goalkeeping coach, but it is in the best interests of the club and myself to move on."

Good servant to the club and was extremely passionate but the time is right to move on.
I have a lot of respect for him (just a shame he went to palarse!)

Going up your arse yes
Unless you make some signings, and I mean decent ones then you are firmly rooted in the Championship.
Sherringham is hardly a replacement for AJ - who lets face saved you last year

Based on the fact that we have no debts and would be able to strenthern further when we are back up. Based on the fact that nearly every side who gets promoted to the Championship do well in the first season(last time we lost to Birmingham in the play-offs to a last minute goal). Based on the fact that sometimes you need to take a step backwards to go forwards. Palace in the meantime will finish around mid-table next season and without the cushion of a Premiership parachute payments will have to rebuild almost entirely to ever make a serious attempt of getting back to the Premiership. With a decrepit crumbling Sellout Park(which you don't even own) and a sulking chairman liable to throw he's toys out of the pram at any given time, the long term future is far from bright for Palarse. So as for getting to the Premiership first Millwall or Palace?, i may be bias, but looking at facts Millwall without a question of doubt.

You are not very financially stable, I've read in the time that Jordan is keen to cut loose. And on the basis of current spending this seems to run true. he is not reinvesting the money he's got for AJ!
You must be the only Palace fan I know to slate AJ, quite suprised by that really
We've been in the old 1st Div, have you ever been in Europe.

The fact that you don't own your ground means if you get into loads of debt you have no assets, as in you can't sell your ground and then rent it back with an option to buy it back at a discounted price in the near future. When the suntanned one does the off, you're fucked simple as, because i can't see Noades bailing you out again.

Oh and how do you plan on doing that?? I cant see 50 odd teams folding and therefore your there by default! Coz thats the only way its going to happen. Your a small club and have reached your natural position theres no shame in that. You was over achiving by being in the championship!

Championship by virtue is where we belong:
1. We have the stadium 2. We now have Heather Rabbits - whose cv is extremley impressive 3. We have the players 4. We have the funding, we have raised extra revenue £6.4M (shares) 5. We will win the olympic bid
This even if we do not gain automatic promotion stands us in good stead.
Now if we where over achieving by being in the championship, how comes you couldn't beat little old Millwall.
Ever Palace fan craves the passion we have for our club and team, which is so lacking at Selhurst.
Palace Palace who the fuck are Palace - serious question

You don't get it...............if you've got no assets then you can't borrow anything of substance. Hence why you where within minutes of going bust after the Goldberg business.
You will be closed down, simply as!
