Hello, I'd love to join your little group of Top Gear appreciators.... Did any of you see the programme James May's Toys? It was class, he went up in a helicopter to see if the old paratrooper Action Man toy's parachute worked...and it actually did. ;D

UKTVG2 (111) BBC3 (115) UKTV People (534) In a matter of a few weeks if you actually tried you could probably get right up to date from the first episode onwards. Not that anyone would be that sad I understand........

Any idea what those channels are on NTL? (I am honestly too lazy to channel-hop; I've got my faves and am happy there!)

I just saw one of my favourite little moments from TG...
You may remember when Hammond visited a man who had assembled a working chassis with engine in the back room of his house.... Anyway he armed Hammond with a pissy little fire extinguisher and set the engine running. After he switched it off he pointed out to Hammond that the exhaust had blown a bit of the skirting board off. On going to inspect this the man rubbed a bit of the exhaust soot off the skirt, sniffed it and said; "Hmmm, it's actually running a bit rich." That really tickled me.
