I could do...i get free tickets if i want them but i usually decline ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) How do you manage that? And why decline the chance to see a match? Because it really stems from my old man. He has known 'Woggie', the Saints kitman for quite some time now and usually got tickets through him. We once got a Le Tissier shirt from the match when Saints played Newcastle and drew 2-2 and he scored in the last minuite and got it framed and gave it to one of my cousins as a birthday present. It does have benefits and especially as tickets are easy to get these days at the stadium, if we ever fancied a game, all we need to do is just ask. I normally would give them to someone who'd rather watch the game than myself...i don't quite like watching Saints' games there now really, only the odd occasion.

He is a bloody nice bloke and doesnt ever seem to get much of a mension really at the club although the players love him down there. I admit, knowing someone like that does have its perks although i dont quite take advantage of it really, not as much as i used to. Like you mentioned, i do get my Leeds tickets easy enough which makes a nice change....a quick 15min trip to the ground rather than 4 and a bit hours! Its cool because we get passes to go in the lounge and suites after and before the game. Whilst people queue up for their pie and tea or whatever, we can just shoot through the doors and your in the lounge with drinks and sarnies and that waiting. It does give you an idea of how cool some people live.

Basicly it was an excuse to take us out to do some maths but somewhere that would make the exercise seem fun at the same time. Also those were the days when they weren't so touchy about you going on the pitch but the only problem was the nets werent up and there was no ball.... ![:-/](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/undecided.png)
