No, I'll stick to my guns and say Villa for the drop. They have made no sign of improving anything, I know some would say there is time yet, but the only thing I can see happening there is the sale of their better players ie Barry, Deadly Doug wants to leave O'Dreary in charge, doesnt appear they have any money to spend on any new players atm either. Plus we all know Midlands football is championship material only LMAO !!

Reading don't seem to be buying much. The wheels may be coming off at Wigan - something strange happening there, but I hope they stay up. Aston Villa should not be in danger. But maybe O'Leary can pull off an upset. Don't understand why they have no money for players. Charlton could be a candidate now Curbishley has left and Fulham if they lose players.

I think Charlton look a bit rocky, will the players and fans warm to Dowie in the same way they did with Curbishley, Curbs is will be a tough act to follow. If Fulham sort out their woeful away record they will be fine. I think Man City could struggle, they finished really badly, and look quite easy to beat, and I am not too sure about Middlesbrough, has Southgate got what it takes?

Thank you SG, I feel very proud of my honest bunch of lads, they have given everything for me. There is a long way to go, but I am top with a 17 point cushion, so looking good. DF, must be thinking WTF as he commented that my team is not as good as SB's and has been hiding since the league table was published LOL ;D Always good to have a Spur on top, so C'mon SG, SB, JTS and DBT lets all be in the top 5

Lol Mozz, DF would never stick up for you over SB anyway, you know that !! If she had pickeed a team full of donkeys and african nation sorts she'd still have had a better team than you LMAO !!! There's a fair way to go yet, and I think us Spurs occupying the top 5 places may be a little optimistic but you never know !!! ;D Think it would be amusing if one of us won Hulsey's fantasy team thing and the prediction thing Alex and JJ are running !! JTS is doing well at that atm. Just shows WE ARE THE MIGHTY SPURS LMAO!!!!!

I agree, SB could pick Club Afrique and it would get the DF salute LMAO!!
Come on SG, I have faith in my fellow Spurs. JTS's team is one to watch he has a good team there, so will be interesting to see how we all fair in the next couple of weeks.

I think Man City could struggle, they finished really badly, and look quite easy to beat, and I am not too sure about Middlesbrough, has Southgate got what it takes? City should not struggle; they have the resources. Same with Boro, who have a lot of decent players as well. Deloitte Rankings 2004-5: 13(14) Tottenham £70.6m 17(16) Man City £60.9m 18(-) Everton £60m 23 (-) Bolton Wanderers £53.1m 25 (-) Middlesbrough £52.0m Deloitte Rankings 2003-4: 14 (16) Tottenham £66.3m 16 (-) Man City £61.9m 20 (-) Aston Villa £55.9m City have the resources to be close behind us. Villa were close, though not sure what happened in 2004-5.

Rass, never knew Man City were that resourceful, so they should really be in the market for the same players as we and other clubs go for. That is good for Man City as they have had a few relegations over the last 10 years, namely dropping into Divison 2 (league one) in 1998 and despite the darker years, they still are resourceful, credit to them.

I got most of my points in the first couple of days and then my players didn't play for Italy, France and Holland. Actually not sure what points are given for. So you take care of the fantasy league and I'll deal with the prediction league (although I had a shocking couple of days). Someone was commenting about where these Spurs fans topping their games had come from ;D.
