Fair enough... Any particular reason? Hangover! And Leeds weren't losing until Sunday! Ah. Good reason, really. I do that on Wednesdays (and Tuesday).

I do that on Wednesdays (and Tuesday). ;D And whilst I work days and enjoy a drinkie nows and again of an evening ;D I'm not one for getting shit-faced on a regular basis! Forgot just how bad the after-effects were! Still, I kept it all in and aside from frequent pissing (it was bastard freezing Friday / Saturday) didn't waste a drop via the oral exit! The way my head felt through Saturday though, maybe I should have considered the two fingers or salt water mouthwash approach

I think if you read my contributions since, the answer is clear to see. I have no recollection of being on here on Friday night and I've been crying laughing trying to decipher it all. I know that it must have been whilst Ro was microwaving his fourth stella that I must have fallen asleep as I woke up on the living room floor about three thirty... I was a tad 'delicate' on Saturday morning too! I do remember posting on here though! (Vaguely) I admit to a memory blank after about 1.30am though! I was rudely awaken from my slumber by dog barking to go out at about 2.30'ish. I was sat in front of my PS2 & TV in the dining room with message "Press Start" flashing; there were 4 rounds of bread in the toaster (uncooked), the TV in the front room had Sky Sports News blasting out, I was still logged onto 606 and had a half a glass of Stella left. And the amount of lights I'd left on too - my carbon footprint that night was bigger than a Gresley welly print in a fresh cow-pat! ;D I finished my beer - reduced the drain on the national grid and went to bed. Man my fucking head on Saturday was a wreck - it took me until nearly 5 o'clock before I dared open a beer! ;D Have you checked the microwave for beer cans?

I didn't - however my wife wanted to know why there were 4 pint pots and my Stein in the washing up Saturday morning! And the fact that where as usually my empty cans are stacked neatly on the side near the back door ready for re-cycling they were in the sink and across the table! She didn't say anything about the 4 dried pieces of bread, sat uncooked in the toaster mind you! Think she used them to make me bacon sandwiches, to get her own back, on Saturday! Not that I was complaining (didn't dare ) - had the bread been fresh you'd have still heard each mouthful splash as it hit my stomach! Can hear the bacon now "Come on in lads, the beers lovely and warm!"

My problem is that I get to this part of the night having put PMV to bed whilst Mrs PASTIE goes to pregnancy yoga classes and then I'm straight to work for a couple of hours. Leaves me desperate for a drink

My problem is that I get to this part of the night having put PMV to bed whilst Mrs PASTIE goes to pregnancy yoga classes and then I'm straight to work for a couple of hours. Leaves me desperate for a drink Glass of red wine (bottle opened for tea - shared with missus) and a mere 2 cans of Stella (correctly refridgerated) and suppable straight from can! The 1st empty can is stacked as it should be close to the back door ready for re-cycling! Though disappointed in my re-cycling efforts! As much as I try to drink enough to turn my Stella tins into "a car, train or plane" I've yet to one that says'"Amno 1366" or "Leuven" on their sides. "2.3 UK Units" hasn't even featured yet! Would love to get on a Boeing 737 in years to come with the family and it's named "Roaster's Rocket" in thanks to the fact I'd contributed so much to it's construction! I'd be drinking malt's on that flight though! Sod's law, the plane would included "re-heated metals" from one of the micro-waved cans and suffer metal fatigue at 30,000 feet

;D Of course, you have to offset not only your carbon footprint but also everything which you contribute to freshwater contamination. I know a little spot just off the Polsloe Road in Exeter that I have very much claimed as my own

Anyway, it is bail out time I'm afraid. Bins still to go out and three epic days ahead - at least tomorrow is my last Tuesday of doing evening classes as well for a while... And another f*&&*^*^%$ parents evening on wednesday instead going to Argyle v West Brom Some shut eye at some point a good idea. We may yet overlap again on a Friday night. I'm sure we had a laugh (if only we could remember it) Have a good one SOP
