Need to ensure a good turnout from the Stafford peeps! Reckon Mike could be tempted with a few beers too - hope it doesn't clash with his and DTR's sojourn to France for a week-long bender (and sampling of local customs, cuisine and culture)

And the weather report is looking fine bro! ;D ;D

After being dropped right royally in it by Mrs Roaster, I'd have thought you'd know when to stop talking (or in this case posting) (and it's a proper one!)

Sounds like it - though when I spoke to Si earlier tonight he sounded OK. And there were no reports of bloodshed when my mum popped round this evening ;D

Nowhere near as funny as Si's escapades in Birmingham last summer - but Sara's face when my missus dropped the bombshell on Sunday was a classic. Si's 'look of innocence' was even better though! Fuck, we both trod on eggshells all afternoon - well until my missus, Sara and my Mum had finished their 4th or 5th bottle of wine. At that moment me and Si both relaxed to a degree - made easier by a crate of Stella ;D Have to say it was my fault - I made the mistake of going straight home (I thought I was OK) and showing the missus I was OK. Had my dad been there I'd have gone for a few pints and returned home Friday am (wife wou;dn't have seen me) - but she did! The fact my eyes looked like those of an insomniac barn owl and I stank of booze threw that out of the window. Doing it agin though - the wife didn't speak to me for almost 18 hours ;D

Yeah, Si's got off extremely lightly - maybe I should have a word with Angie about being less of a soft touch! ;D
