I'll be fooked by Saturday evening! Think JJ is due in at 1.30'sh saturday! I'm meeting Shinns and Toms mate about 2.00'ish - and show them the relevant bus stops and coach them on what to say.... and show them the way to the evenings first venue. You in about 3.30 - not sure about Sterland yet - nor Spozz (she still comin')? Am still coming Will get there about 2.30ish.. Do you want meeting at the Station - are you in contact with Shinny (think she's arriving about 2.00'ish) and I'm meeting her not far from the station! Could always drag JJ away from Peter.... ;D to meet you

Could be funny seeing a lost Geordie walking round Stafford looking for The Vine AND then finding his way back to the Station. Krypton Factor - all over again ;D Unless he plans on stopping at the Station for an hour before calling upon myself or Dan for geographical assistance ;D

Having studied a detailed map of Stafford, I can safely say I know where the Vine is in comparison to the station. Having said that, whether I can find it while actually there is another thing entirely.
My plan is to go to the Vine, have a pint with Pete and/or whoever is there then go and meet Spozz and take her back to my room return to the Vine.
A leisurely afternoon before preparing for the RBNO!!

A leisurely afternoon before preparing for the RBNO!! Best directions are via pubs. From the station: - The Bird in Hand The Hogshead (head TOWARDS The Bear - left at MacDonalds) Ye Olde Rose and Crown (it's a fucking shit hole) The Coach House The Vine (opposite the CH) OR you can go via:- The Bird in hand The Nags Head The Coach & Horses The Tavern The Swan Hotel The Bear Justices Joxer Brady's The Forrester & Firkin Ye Olde Rose & Crown The Coach House The Vine There is an even longer route but it involves over 5 minutes without a pub - so I won't give you that route.... ;D See you Saturday mate. Safe journey

cheers mate!! Was gonna head for uttoxeter, then country lane it that way and hope my sat nav points me in the right direction!! ;D Uttoxeter is good too! Get through the pigsty then the road is straight to Stafford - bit of funny junction with the A51 but then straight into town from there. what pigsty......or is that an affectionate name for uttoxeter?? Im sure that if i go to uttoxeter down the A50 (quicker than having to go through Burton on a saturday) and get off at first uttoxter exit, Stafford is signposted! we shall see...but about an hour from here i reckon!
