That link doesn't work for me so i assume it mentions Fullham and Blackburn as i heard about that on Friday and he doesn't want to move to London for a start too far away from his son. Blackburn hmmmm he didn't always see eye to eye with Sparky when he was in charge of Wales

Blades to spark Koumas scramble[/b]
Neil Warnock is set to spark a transfer scramble for West Brom outcast Jason Koumas after being given the thumbs up for a £1.4million bid.
The Sheffield United board are well aware Warnock must heavily strengthen his squad if they are to make a fist of staying in the Premiership having finally won promotion from the Championship.
And the Blades boss believes midfield playmaker Koumas can provide the ammunition for his wealth of strikers at Bramall Lane.
Warnock faces a fight to secure his signature, though, as Tottenham and Everton have been long-time admirers of the Wales international, and Cardiff are hopeful of landing him after a successful loan spell last term.
Baggies boss Bryan Robson would be more tempted to sell Koumas to a Premiership team - and Reading could well see the 26-year-old as a replacement for Steve Sidwell if he leaves the Madejski Stadium.
Manchester City boss Stuart Pearce could also enter the frame if his interest in Steed Malbranque fails to materialise, while Wigan could look at Koumas if they fail to prise Zoltan Gera from The Hawthorns.

It's because he wants to play under decent manager like Dave Jones mmm i don't think "what did you do in your career?" "i played for a decent manager, instead of going to a bigger, better club" He's a "diificult" player (and person!) and he won't respond to most people and for the first time in his career a manager has got his respect 100% and he has been happy all season for the first time in years so that's the reason why he would sign for Cardiff rather the you lot!
