Absolute Rubbish!!!!!!!!
Before the game for around 10 minutes the back four practised heading the ball out with a coach chipping a ball between them and then in the first minute after a needless Richards tackle, the first ball into the box is headed into the goal.
Saints had most of the ball but never looked like scoring a second, especially that sh!t no.15 forward who missed at least two sitters, and we overall created very little. All the shots were wayward except header well saved by Davis late on and please someone explain the offside rule to Alan Lee.
Substitutions made far too late, Richards and O'Callaghan needed to come off but why not at half time, a wasted twenty minutes. Haynes also needed to be on earlier, why not instead of Walters. 4-5-1 didn't worked in the first half, hoofing a ball up to Lee with no-one within 20 yards is useless, 4-4-2 is needed.
Any thoughts?

he was poor and again offside too often but if i were to talk about every player who was bad i could write an essay.

Yeh, no mention of Roberts who had a shocking game from the sound of it? The whole of our midfield was just shocking. Just got back and feel completely shattered. 6 games without scoring now  |
