Wasn't meant to be for us today by the sounds of this. They've scored the first against every thing we could do with Price saving the penalty, then the second was a blinder we could do nothing about. Not working, is it.

Ipswich boss Jim Magilton: "The penalty was a shocking decision. I thought the referee was giving a corner, and then he has obviously changed his mind. "It was a poor decision. While it was 0-0, I felt very comfortable. "Our possession was very good, and for half-an-hour we controlled the game. We just lacked a killer touch in front of goal. That was disappointing. We didn't really create enough." On the Championship the penalty looked questionable. However, I don't think it's just us that suffers with poor refereeing. Seems to me, when things are going wrong, every decision seems a bad one  |

however ive been to a good 20 ipswich games or so over the past 3 / 4 seasons n we seem 2 get sum awful decisions go against us !

Yup, I'm a season ticket holder (and have been since I was about 11 or so, so that's 4 years now), and I've seen some incredibly poor refs and decisions, for both sides. Although, in these days of diving, cheating and sometimes lack of sportsmanship, it's making the ref's job harder. |
