Great entertaining game today, all of the starting eleven performed well, (even Healy in his first decent performance from a start this season! Don't get me wrong I rate Healy, but he's underperformed in ALL games when started and until today was much better utilised as a super-sub.) Sean Derry on today's performance is a late runner for the performance of the season, he was superb, chasing down every ball, and his cross for a tap in to Hulse was sublime. A much better performance just in time to go into the play offs on form. Great to see Killa back on form, his performance today will probably keep Gregan out of the side for a while if Killa keeps up this effort. Eirik Bakke was superb today also, and seems to have adjusted his game back to the demands of this league. Bakke looked fitter than I've seen him this season, and was sharp and precise in his tackling, positioning and passing. We controlled the game for large periods and made Reading look very ordinary. Despite us conceding a goal from a bit of scrappy play for the most part I'm convinced that our "blip" is now over, even despite us only getting a point from today. The Reading fans turned up on masse and had a great banter with the south stand from what I could see and hear, (I was in the NE corner). I was a bit bemused by Blackie's substitutions, and would rather we kept Bakke on and definitely did not replace him with Ian Moore! If Bakke had to go off, I'd have much rather have seen him replaced with Joel Griffiths. Also, I would have kept Hulse on for longer if possible as he looked determined to continue pushing forward for a 2nd Leeds goal. If he had to be replaced, I'd have brought Beckford on for him instead of Healy, and replaced Healy with Blake instead of Graham. We seemed to stutter and play too deep once the subs had been made almost as if the momentum had been lost due to the changes made, but perhaps this is unrelated and I'm being tough on Blackwell. I have to say it was a nice gesture for the chants of "There's only one Kevin Blackwell". Despite the idiot sat behind me, most mutterings within earshot I could hear were in support of what Blackwell has achieived this season - which I fully concur with. Today was only one game, but my confidence in our fortunes in the forthcoming playoffs has increased ten fold, and I can only hope that the players' confidence has increased in a similar way. As the runaway champions have failed to beat us in both fixtures this season, we can't be that bad can we

Thanks for the report Radebe, it's nice to hear the views of someone who was at the game.
Does anyone know any more about this mystery virus that has swept through the Leeds training ground? It must have been a devious plan by that evil Neil Warnock to stop us from catching shef utd.

hey all. was at the game yesterday, and i have to admit, we pretty much dominated the 1st half, but again, without ever looking threatening. Good early goal in the 2nd half, but yet again, we sat back on the lead! We let them come onto us at will, and it seemed like a goal for them was always on the cards, al be it a sloppy one. I personally thaught the ref yesterday was awful, im not just being biassed, because he gave some decisions our way which really souldnt have been. But overall it was a much improved performace i thaught, Bakke played out of his socks, he had a really good game. i felt we missed lewis' width though, we looked a bit thin on the left. I dont know why KB made the substitution when he did though, maybe bakke was tired after his midweek game, but shouldnt have taken Hulse off, if it isnt broke why fix it? But overall a better performance i felt, and now weve scored a goal, hopfully more will come.
Man of the match: Bakke or Derry Chump of the match: David Healy ( couldnt hit a barn door at the moment lol)
