Well may not be Tranmere, but it looks all set for 'Bournemouth on a Tuesday night!'
Dorset Police look set to ask for the AFC Bournemouth verses Leeds United fixture to be moved to a week night.
The fixtures which will not be released for 2 months are calculated by computer and claim to be 100% random.
However Dorset Police have moved quickly, in a bid to try and prevent a repeat of the ugly scenes Bournemouth endured 17 years ago.
Supt Stuart Katon of Dorset Police told the Daily Echo...
'Every team in the division is going to be looking at the Leeds fixture and anticipating problems with fans, Then we have the aggravating factor of what happened here 17 years ago.
'It is common sense to ask for a midweek game and we are just taking reasonable steps to prevent any problems.'
'There are people with long memories and we have already started monitoring the internet as part of our intelligence, There was carnage in the town in 1990 and we should be mindful of that even though time has passed.'
While Cherries Chief Executive Laurence Jones added...
'The club has taken a pro-active approach and said our preference would be to play the game midweek, We take our responsibility to the town for this fixture very seriously and want to ensure no repeat of the unacceptable scenes last time Leeds played here.'

Yeah I've seen that, it was posted on a Leeds site a couple of days ago, hence all of the comments. Altough league rules stipulate that the 5 furthest fixtures must be played on a weekend ;D So the most they can do is move it to a Sunday or a silly kick off time- which will ahev no effect. It's going to be mental ;D The Bournemouth folk do however need to realise that this was 17 years ago, and things have changed a lot since then. Most Leeds fans are well behaved, and considering the small allocvations it will be ST holders only that get tickets for this fixture- so I can't see too much trouble. I've been to many away games, and I've only ever seen serious trouble at 2, both were orchestrated by the home fans. If the Bournemouth fans and the police behave seinsibly, then nothig will happen. Much ado about nothing, and stories like this jsut add fuel to the fire and raise tensions. If Bournemouth somehow get the fixture moved, we will still sell it out anyway, so there's no point. A couple of months ago, the Southend reporter reported 5000 ticketless Leeds fans decsending on the town to destroy it. Nothing happened. The same was said for Derby, again, nothing happened.
Millwall, Blackpool and Huddersfield will all be moved to stupid times too.
