He's gone which isnt surprising after Monday's debacle, but can all the blame just be piled on the manager?I think the board have also got to take the blame for appointting inadaquate managers over past 10yrs,7 managers there have been.,none which have been succesfull(apart from Worthy taking us to the prem as champions)for one season only The players have come out saying they were behind Grant and that the blame must lie with them as they haven;t been performing, but why havent they?I think confidence is a big factor and that is one of the first things the new manager will have to do,then show them a video on how to score goals ;D

Some good players at Norwich and in my opinion potentially a good team but at the end of the day the Manager couldn't motivate them so he had to go.
Hopefully the new manager will f*ck off all the primadonna's and dead wood and get someone in who wants to play for the club.

Too right, I mean Wolves is my team and we all know what we have been through but I've always had a bit of a soft spot for Norwich (except when they play us) and it's sad when the players do not respond in the way that they should.

Look on the bright side CG, it can only get worse until the turning point and the best example of that is Leeds United, look at them now

I think confidence is a big factor and that is one of the first things the new manager will have to do,then show them a video on how to score goals ;D That's probably the biggest issue tbh. I'm of the opinion that payers are only ever as good as their confidence, and if they've not got the right mindset, it doesn't matter how gifted they are, they've got to believe in themselves to produce the goods.
