i'd have kabba back if he was dirt, and i mean dirt, cheap... generally kabba was top notch for us, but i assume his liability to injury has damaged his career and goalscoring prowess. He looks fit enough . To be fair to him he never really had a run in the side and when he did he looked a semblance of a threat . Think he is past it. Unforunately Aidy handed him a juicy contract and no one ie Blackpool can afford his wages. ahha once again you're reliant on us to take a player of your hands ;D i doubt we've any intention of attempting to re-sign him.

.... so how do they end up at bramall lane? ;D They're a warm loving lot up there under all that plain speaking. news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/scotland/7858876.stmTerry Butcher manager of Inverness Caledonian Thistle confirms Doug Cowie a talented passer and attacking midfielder has signed a pre-contract agreement to join Watford beating interest from several Chumpionship clubs. Gareth Williams looks like he wll have to retire with a recurrence for the second time of his knee injury and Cowie will be a perfect replacement. On his day he haz bamboozled the Old Firm. ;D

i signed Don Cowie from Thistle, on fm09 ;D How did he do ? Apparently he is Callys best player and on his day is wondrous but then again can decide not to turn up figuratively speaking. Concentrate on your studies Mort. Too much FM can be seriously bad for your degree.

Sounds promising enough. Just seen a FK on youtube, hope he can do that every game and not do a Roberto Carlos impression. Don't forget lights out at nine and make sure that essay is finished ! ;D

Just confirmed. Watford have signed Skonto Riga winger Aleksandrs Cauna from Skonto Riga. He is a left winger. Not the biggest but very skilful and pacy and hopefully should be an asset when he settles in. Was on trial at Chelsea where no doubt BR saw him. Here is my PES6 face for him:

Yeah. Just heard about that. On loan till the end of the season according to the O/S. Never heard of him, but if he helps us stay up then he's alright by me.

Yeah. Just heard about that. On loan till the end of the season according to the O/S. Never heard of him, but if he helps us stay up then he's alright by me. Loan only ? Shame. Tricky customer (where have we heard that before ?). Played a fair few times for Latvia so has experience of the bigger stage too. Try before you buy I guess. Don't know where that leaves McFluff who has bucked up (get it) his effort in recent games. Gibson and Young are progressing very bicely but like Ash need to fill out from their pipecleaner frames. nak on wfcforumsm has confirmed Cowie is joining on a nominal fee ie a pittance. The summer will see a wholesale clearout I guess of most of Aidys players.

Shame. Also apparently Charlton bid 300K (joke) for Demerit. nak mentioned a loan window perhaps we can ship out some of the excess midfielders we have that way. Guess the wages are too high for many clubs to afford courtesy of Aidy. So far Cork and Williamson are the only real positives we've got in. Cauna I hope will impress.

Yeah, heard about that too, a joke offer indeed. Not sure if thats true or not though.
Rodgers is slowly shaping this side to what he and FL Snr want it to be like, if he uses the loan window to good effect that would be useful. It's all about staying up and everyone knows that!

Massive massive game!
Saints are worse off than us though and we really should be winning the games against teams around us at the bottom. Started to play well recently and were doing well results wise before the Wolves game, need to get back on track and build on our improved play by getting 3 points against Southampton.

Saints are awful at home ( fans fighting each other according to Rich doesn't help) could happen in the Rookery as well ). They are not too shabby away from home and Saganowski will be a threat along with Surman and Lallana. Here's to three points compadre.

Ashikodi released. Will a lower league team fancy a stab at him? ;D We stabbed him in the back. He dd look razor sharp at times but we need to slash the wagebill. ;D Far too much attitude and a huge chip on both shoulders.
