The Cork signing is official and to the end of the season. Player of the Season at Scunthorpe when they were relegated and from all the Saints fans probably the best one this term alongside Lallana ? www.watfordfc.com/page/NewsDetail/0,,10400~1505037,00.html Chuffed by BRs work so far. Hopefully some of the dead dead wood can be unloaded to bring in a free transfer as well and a couple more loanees. Stanislav Cuprisin the young MFK Kosice hotshot is also still on trial, Watford having beaten Middlesborough to him. ;D

Apart from Kelvin Davis, Jack Cork has been our most consistent performer.
I don't have a clue who we're going to play against Man Utd on Sunday now that we've lost both Alex Pearce and Jack Cork from their loan spells..
If we can keep the score under 0-4, it'll be a good result.

Thre's always hope. Not much but just enough.

I don't know what our reserves are anymore! All our reserves from last year are first teamers and all our youth are subs and first teamers..

Words of great perispacity from GB on Sheku Kamara. Remember him ? Sheku Kamara, an 18 year old centre back from Charlton follows Scott Loach and Claude Seanla on their way to Vicarage Road. And joins the ranks of Watfords promising young talents. He likes to think he is in the mould of Rio Ferdinand. ;D Where is he now ? Why drag this up ? Rumour is Wolves are set to sign O'Toole for £1M with Ward coming this way. O'Toole can barely pass his drink ,which he likes to do often. What an earth McCarthy sees in him I do not know but thanks for the money guys. You are buying a turkey just in time for the Orthodox New Year. Assuming this is all fact and not fiction which it might be.

Apparent interest in Mike Williamson. Birmingham and Colchester have also expressed interest with Us manager Paul Lambert the ex Wycombe Wanderers manager knowing the player well.
Could be a potential Roger Johnson in the making. Did not play a game for Saints though in four years.
Extremely unlikely we could afford the figures Wycombe are demanding , maybe offer some loanees ?
I started the rumour and its become a 'fact'. ;D

Club legend. ;D What was it that Aidy said. The next Laurent Blanc............ didn't say he would play like Blanc aged 60. ;D 'I missed the ball therefore I took the man. It happenend once and then it happenend again. The third time I was carded. The fourth time I couldn't see their heels for dust. Fifth time .. well there wasn't one. Aidy called me in and said , 'I'm going to have to take you off for your own sake.' In the background I could hear Malky whispering to Hockaday ' Laurent Blanc ? He's worse than a three legged mule'. That when I knew my days were numbered at Watford. And just two months after joining. As a favour to me and not to Gillingham I was sent to the Medway region to spread the word of hoofball. '

haha ;D ;D Alas, he doesn't quite hold the club legend status of a certain Sietes!! Still trying to locate the passage in Olli Phillips dissertation where it was revealed he was paid in the region of £1M GBP. Hard to believe but apparently true. Least he never disparaged us unlike a certain half ton bastardo called Micky Quinn.

If I ever meet him................................... I'll run the other way dropping Mars bars as I go until I get to the cliffs of Dover. ;D I've met most of the Watford players mainly on open days and they've all been really pleasant. My dad even lived next door to Steve Sherwood. MQ knows full well he should never enter the boundaries of the Borough of Watford or else. wfc forums TS have banned him from mentioning us again as quite a few Horns inc. myself complained. Hopefully the twit selt with an a will get the size 154 boot.

Yeah, hope so mate! ;D Everytime he opens his mouth and talks about us I want to destroy the radio! Liam Henderson has returned to his boyhood club Hartlepool on a 3 month loan deal, although, if you read eatsleepsport.com you'd be under the impression it was Liam Dickinson

It will be good experience for him and sharpen him up for a quick recall. Those expected to be in the team or near it for the following season go to Wealdstone (Odin knows why) . I reckon he can make it as a target man. Come on Liam. Not you GB well sort of. ;D

The transfer of JJOT looks to be off unfortunately as Ebeneezer McCarthy and Jacob Hodgson are either unwilling to gove us the money or have shelved any transfers in the window in the case of Drug Runner United. BR is trying to get rid of more deadwood. Any takers for Kabba, Ashikodi and Eustace ? Sale must end soon , bargain prices.

Apparently two loan targets suffered injuries before they could join.
Claue Davis who was anonymous at Derby but solid for Preston NE will be signed on loan for the season in a bid to shore up the leaky defence.
A physical presence has certainly been missing since the departure of Danny Shittu.

Looks like Mrs.H Owls are trying to sign Davis. Meanwhile Lionel Ainsworth has been recalled from Hereford. Could mean the end of McCrap hopefully.
