Spam is one of the most versatile of the four letter words found in the Oxford English Dictionary as it can be rearranged into both 'Maps' and 'Amps', as well as 'Apsm', which isn't a word per se, but does sounds a bit like a sneeze "Smap" - a different kinda sneeze..... Thought that was a Russian card game... |

York City I guess
No team promoted from the Conference has gone straight back down after promotion so the Grecians would seriously have to buck the trend.
Statistically more likely to go straight up like Carlisle, Doncaster and Hereford (ok it took the latter 2 seasons but still)
