I was just looking to stimulate some sort of conversation, and £100bn on quangos seemed like a subject controversial enough to stir up initial interest, without being such an issue that we'd genuinely give a fuck about it and thus not go off on tangents. I'd say I got that spot on, personally ;D And on the current topic; would they have to be Filipino women? I feel it'd be racial discrimination if we weren't allowed, say, Japanese women too ;D (Those North Koreans can sod right off though; God knows what they'd be 'equipped' with before being allowed to leave the country! )
