Do the decent thing man, resign and leave the club! You've got your own team now and you can't manage them. Whats happened to all the players that have departed:
Elliott Hubertz Byfield
They're all scoring goals, and Till has gone on record saying it's business as usual!

So......who do you fancy for the job then?? I reckon Martin Allen and Millwall could be a marriage made in heaven myself! I believe Martin Allen wouldn't go down too well with the fans because of what he said about the England flag that had Born in England, Live in England, Die in England written on it...according the Allen, that is racist. I would welcome him but I would get a nice big flag with the above words on it. Mike Newell's name is popping up but I can't imagine our chief exectuive bird would appreciate him because of what he said about women refs. In other words, we will go for the nice cheap option and give Richard Shaw a cosy two year contract. woofuckinhoo.

At least we can't be accused of being racist if we do keep Shaw!

well there you go, sack the Manager and bring in a new one and over night the shit strikers we have will be transformed into super stars over night, their scoring ability will no no bounds, score from there own half, score from the dressing room even. Makes me sick, we were all praising him last year, and now we just shove him out the door.

He built his own team, and didn't produce - by all accounts he'd lost the dressing room. Don't get me wrong I'd love stability at the club, but we couldn't carry on like this!

Hurlock, I think you are like me mate and go ballistic when we lose and when things go bad. But I really do not think that sacking Donachie was the way forward. We sack managers without any thought for the future! I spoke with Spackman shortly before his sacking last year and he was telling me that it actually takes time to blend and build a team, we do not allow them to have enough time to do anything, we always want instant wins, instant results. How many managers have we had in the past two years, how much success have we had? How quick the hero becomes the villian.

Terry Venables! Now there is a man we can sack instantly if things do not go our way. He is also available, or is he going to QPR?

Was always of the opinion that when he came in the team was just turning good. So I reserved my judgement until this season. He got his players and it didn't work - we just can't take another drop! Yes I get annoyed when we lose, if truth be known I'm a miserable C*nt most saturdays I know exactly where your coming from we need someone who'll be there for 5 years and build that team that takes us to the championship. I think spackman was a very good talker personally, time will tell. But it's got to turn around soon!

I started the season saying that we would not go up, and that this year we would just be blending the team and getting them ready for an assault next year. I did not believe that we would go up, it would have been nice, but did not expect it. We have a board who know as much about football as I do about Nuerotoxicology. FUCK ALL! We would not have gone down with WD. We would have stayed in the league. We are not going to turn anything round by constantly changing managers because we go through a rough patch. He has been sacked, and thinking it was a wrong or right decision is not going to alter the circumstances. The mind boggling issue is who are we going to replace him with? Hopefully it will not be Manager who is keen on big strong men. Always worried me that did!
