Well Millwall have history with both sides, however you must be gutted as every supporter in the land backed us on our cup final day. Still may the best team win! Will Jimmy and Robbie be up front, Leeds rejects ;D Yeah I know! Not that gutted, besides I didn't back you in 2004 I doubt Robbie will play, not sure he can walk! Crap signing. Jimmy's been okay though and course he'll play. I don't associate him with Leeds, he's been all over the place in his career

So you couldn't actually counter that argument then? ;D Did you actually see an argument, I didn't, I just saw the usual cuntish prejudice, you lot deserve to get your grounds torn up by the less gentle of our following

I just recall Wrexham regularly playing in Europe on the back of it in the 1980's. I personally think that either the LoW should give up any European place for their cup competition and enter the FA Cup. If they don't sacrifice it, then the Welsh sides competing in England should then have to choose between entering the FA Cup - with no European place - or the LoW Cup with European qualification.

If we win the cup we deserve ALL the rewards that come with it, I don't see how you can dispute that tbh.

I don't dispute that the FA Cup winners should be in Europe, just the fact that Welsh sides are offered a route through their own domestic competition too! I wouldn't worry anyway Jules, Pompey will thrash you!

I seriously doubt I'll be able to get a ticket, but perhaps some angel will come to my assistance...! I thought about trying to walk in as a Council representative but apparently that could get me in a lot of trouble!!!

I seriously doubt I'll be able to get a ticket, but perhaps some angel will come to my assistance...! Yes, but are you actually going to try and get one off your own back? It's an FA Cup final FFS.....you'll be long buried by the time Cardiff get there again! ;D

I wouldn't worry anyway Jules, Pompey will thrash you! Read the BBC board, I can't remember which is which, but we can't qualify that way. Oh bollocks I'll look it up for you shall I?! Okay... the FAW Cup is the one that we and Swansea and Wrexham etc can play in - but that doesn't provide a route into Europe. The Welsh Cup we can't play in - which is why you often get Barry Town or TNS in Europe, which is great for them. At present therefore we're fucked either way for Europe. Which presumably a lot of you love, but fine, you all suck donkey balls! Pompey won't thrash us, they might win if we're not careful though!

If Welsh clubs are able to gain access to Europe through English Cup competitions, then another set of Welsh clubs should not be able to qualify through an exclusively Welsh Cup! I'm sure quite a few non-league English clubs would happily enter the Welsh Cup if they coud qualify for Europe through it, and it would be hard to argue against it in the current climate! Can't say that I've tried donkey balls though.

Personally I don't think the rules should be bent if you win the cup, and it's a big if. I say that because your fans are very anti English and make no secret of it - or will the same as the politics. Take when it suits you?

I really don't understand how welsh sides are allow to compete in the english leagues and cups anyway!! I mean you don't get austrian sides playing in germany, or french sides playing in spain. It just doesn't make any sense, I mean wouldn't Bury be allowed to compete in the LoW would they??

Can't say that I've tried donkey balls though. To continue: Saes: the fact that there are six "exiled" sides sited in Wales, playing in England suggests a bit of having cake and eating, so to speak? There must be a case for two of the six to throw their lot in with the English FA? Bluebird: I don't think that's the case at all, because Cardiff City don't benefit in any way from being a part of the FAW. If anything, it's the opposite. Every disciplinary decision goes through the FAW and they give us absolutely nothing in sending off appeals and that sort of thing. We play in the FAW Premier Cup which looks doomed as a tournement but apart from that we have nothing to do with them. And being part of the FAW has caused all this hassle with Europe, so if anything, being part of the FAW but playing in England is a hindrance. Apparently, if we were to leave we wouldn't be able to host Wales internationals which is something to think about when it comes to the U21s etc, but i would imagine Colwyn Bay and Merthyr would be better off in the LOW, though i imagine Newport at least harbour hopes of returning to the football league. So no, i don't think we're having our cake and eating it too. We get no benefits from the FAW, and they prevent us (at least presently, perhaps in the future) from playing in Europe.

The Welsh are a bleating race! "Ooh help us we're being repressed!"
Moan about being part of Great England but come cap in hand when it suits them!

It's not the chuffing ENGLISH league and you know it Kieran Besides I'd be happy enough to see the whole of the LoW swallowed up into the Football League anyway, would be a better solution than wrecking the decent teams that are in Wales! Let Newi Cefn Druids etc scrap with the Farsley Celtics of this world!
