Never, ever (ever) agree to DO anything on this site when a few sheets to the wind. Even I should be tucked up by now... But, I know how I feel the suspense of waiting for my marks, and Roaster has been commendably patient so...
Monday 13th - A difference of opinion as I thought that BBL's was the best - Roaster 2 points
Tuesday 14th - Have to say, even at the time Roaster's made me laugh the most - Roaster 7 points
Wednesday 15th - some strong ones - I'd have had Greenday followed by AC then Alex on that one (no Argyle bias) but - Roaster 7 points
Thursday 16th - the strongest entries all round I thought, but Roaster's global warming reference appealed to the Geography Teacher in me (if you pardon the expression) - Roaster 5 points
Friday 17th - also some very good ones, but like me (no bitterness) I thought we could find 7 that were better - if not more sophisticated - Roaster 0 points
Saturday 18th - lots that were good - thought that AC's "high tackle" had a lot of potential but needed rewording (some coaching required!) - Roaster 2 points
By my reckoning that gives Roaster 18 points overall putting him joint 5th. I haven't allowed for bonuses - feel free to amend - and have been as impartial as I could be!
How you guys find the time to do this is beyond me! My classes tomorrow are in for a really rough ride now...

It is. It was late, and I'm not a Maths teacher. In fact I'm not a teacher at all today - at home being miserably ill.

There could be that suggestion. Actually, if you want to know, the whole PASTIE family is laid up with it. That doesn't discount the excessive message board allegation however as I noticed that PMV has been sneaking on.

Whisky, lemon juice, hot water (and sugar) is great for the flu. After 2 or three you can forget the lemon, hot water and sugar - and this is where the curative effects come into play - bacuase after a few more of the "strong" medicine you forget you've got the flu. Likewise the following morning the effects of a whisky induced hangover massively outweighs the symptons of flu! ;D

Thanks Doc. Trust me, lemon is well off the agenda at the moment.

Just think if you'd had ulcers on your fingers that you'd bitten through. Unable to type - unable to communicate with the outside world! You'd be a nervous wreck ;D

How do you get ulcers on you fingers?
(Don't answer that)

It was a purely hypothetical question PASTIE!

Hypothetical ulcers?
Ouch, what could be worse than a sore on your hypotheses?
