Used to be an Irish theme bar then became a strip joint (although no doubt with a pool table!!!). Not been in there ofr years. The North Bridge Inn was where I met PD, pleasantly dark and seedy

*Prepares third army of highly trained sheep* We ate the first two Oi! My friend wasted many hours throwing those at me on Facebook; she wouldn't be happy to discover they were just being eaten!

Erm, that I would say is down to the sole fact that you appointed Bryan LOL Robson as your manager. if we had the same form we've had under blackwell throughout the season, we'd be top ..... and blackwell is hardly a great manager No denying that you lot have been a different team whilst under the reign of KB, most Blades I know were calling for Robson to be sacked not too long after he was appointed, I think all the real Blades were the same... Still, if you don't manage a playoff spot you'll be there/thereabout next season - if you can keep hold of Beattie that is.

Right, I am aiming to be in bed by 2.... And promptly woken up again? In about three and a half hours, yes... Right, welcome, everybody, to Corridor 8. Please make yourselves at home as you will never leave. I'd appreciate it if any daytimers who come in can leave it slightly in a worse condition than that in which you found it. Apologies to anybody who lost ten minutes of their lives reading my opening post and wondering why they bothered; it is the nature of the corridor beast. Congratulations to anybody who read all of it; welcome, and, of course, abandon hope all ye who enter here. SOP

Haven't checked your league position but I thought you were closing in, what with your recent good form? Dunno mate, cost you a lot of £ but without him you'd be in the shit this season imo!
