Clown? No, I enjoy reading Jordan's views, however arrogant he may appear along with some other things I could describe him, he is just looking out for his investment which is your club.
Fair enough, but the point I was trying to make was that he may be whats puts off superior managers coming to you.
Hope Taylor does well with you, you've had a fair share of managers the past few years.

I see now that the term 'clown' is what you must call one of your rivals. <doh> If it wasn't already abundantly clear to you Sussex Eagle, I'm a Watford fan

Clowns is a nick name for Charlton? come on guys!!!!
However Charlton are NOT RIVALS!!! We only have Brighton as rivals, and sometimes Millwall if we are feeling particulary grumpy!

oh I see - that's a bit odd because he turned down the Charlton job, but took the CP job? I don't get it? Champ team who've just lost their star player, or Prem team with a solid squad?

Maybe it was the Palace connection that persuaded him?

Anyway back to the point...yes the clowns are chorlton, and yes Taylor did have an interview there but he realised that Dowie was to be interviewed too and thought he would come to a proper club who he has an affinity with. We have been waiting for this moment when PT would lead us to glory
