Yeah I could see Bates giving that amount and waiting until January to see where we are. If we are doing OK, I can see him investing further, but if we did a Sunderland, he'd probably put his wallet away. Luckily KB's a canny bastard in the transfer market.. What's happening with Joel Griffiths? Still not fully fit or just crap? well u r half right spozz, he is a bastard

That said, with Derry, Miller, Douglas and Lewis, he probably wouldn't get near the starting 11 anyway!

Would the Scummers let Miller go with the current state of their midfield though?

Would the Scummers let Miller go with the current state of their midfield though? Well we've got him until the end of the season already so I reckon so. ManU will be able to buy higher profile midfielders in the summer, so i can't see Miller having a future there.

Why's he not played in months? End of season in Switzerland? Lol..that's true, even Walton would probs get ahead of him when he's not banned.

Because of all the delays in him getting his clearance after agreeing to join Leeds. This took nearly 2 months alone to sort out. he's not played a competitve game in ages although has been training with Leeds, (apart from when he had to go back to Australia to sort his clearance out)

Bloody FIFA, didn't even fine them for the delays!

Apparently the reason for the delays was because the Swiss club (Xamax or something) reckoned Leeds had taken Griffiths far too cheaply Sounds like they just had the huff and were trying to be a pain in the arse to Leeds.

Well I don't think there was one, they just ordered the club to give the international clearence as they didn't find a justifiable reason for with holding it..

Well it's fucking alright for some if they can afford £25/30 every fortnight or so to go and see the matches! It all adds up in the end!
