Who is the joker that writes up the match reports on the Leeds website, is it Graham Walker? I've noticed over the course of this season he regulary gets his facts wrong. When we last won four in a row at the beginning of January he said that this was the first time in five years Leeds had achieved this, when only a few weeks previously we had done exactly the same thing. I emailed him about this and it was changed, (eventually). Now today the website states that Watford lost, when they didn't - they drew. Someone is losing the plot it seems. "It turned out to be a pivotal result for Leeds with Watford having lost to Derby meaning the Whites regained third place in the table..." I notice the official web site is now corrected.

Hello all,
Congrats on the win.
Palace were a big disappointment on Saturday and Leeds were a very solid unit on the day.
You started very brightly and then when we settled and got on top you guys scored!
For all of our possession in the second half we didn't have a real clear cut chance - just a string of corners that pinged around the danger zones without ever falling for us.
The Leeds fans were in great voice but, I was disappointed with the Johnson baiting.
See you again in a couple of weeks.
PS - Liam Miller was superb.

Shhh... don't tell everyone how good Miller can be, you'll put his price up! I really hope we buy Miller at the end of the season, we've got a good record of getting the best out of ex ManU players, (namely Giles and Strachan). I just hope we get to see the best out of Danny Pugh at some point.

Hate to be argumentative this early in the morning mate... but AJ won't have much of a role for england again imo.... he just can't cut the mustard at the top level!

He scored 10 cracking goals in the Prem last year playing up front on his own in a weak team. Come and speak to me on the Palace board about it. It's not fair to clog the Leeds board with this.

I'd pick Rooney, Owen, Crouch, Defoe, Beattie, and Bent over Johnson. With these strikers fit I honestly can't see Johnson getting a sniff back at the England role either I'm afraid. Sure Johnson is a good striker, but there are more proven and better strikers around, (yes, even Crouch and Beattie in my opinion!)

Beattie and Crouch offer something different but you have to have more pace at the very top level. The geezer is 24 - he will prove you wrong.

He's a cracking championship player - but thats all....

I would say 28 is about prime these days but - He's not in the England set up now because he has stayed with a Championship side. I'm utterly convinced that if he'd gone in the summer to a West Ham or a Charlton he would have outscored Bent, Defoe, Beattie, Crouch (not hard - though I do rate him) et al.

And if Ashton keeps tapping them in for West Ham he'll be ahead of AJ in the pecking order too!
