yeh Bakke is a good player, no question, potentially one of the best midfielders in this league, hes just too prone to injury though.......
oh thats good.... Richardson's a good player and hes got a nack for scoring decent goals....

When does Cressy have his op? I heard it was today. Jammo has gone to Soton on loan and Walton just isn't a midfielder IMO. Stick him in central defence and put Greegs in mf to do the Derry role. Saw something on LUFC that say's he doesn't require an operation! Good news at last!

Morning Leeds people.
How has Shuany been doing for your mob? He was a bit of a cult hero at Selhurst - we could do with him at the moment IMO.

Midfield dynamo - keeps us ticking over, gets the tackles in - performs really well and gets loads of praise. But he doesn't let it go to head - just goes about his business professionally and diligently.

From the LUFC Website:
"United manager Kevin Blackwell is warning Shaun Derry that his absence over the next two games may end up costing him his place in the side.
The midfielder begins a two match suspension this weekend for picking up ten yellow cards in the season and Blackwell is confident that Leeds will cope well without him.
Youngster Simon Walton is the favourite to replace him and Blackwell is well aware that Walton let nobody down the last time he filled in for the experienced Derry"

KB is talking bullshit and everyone knows it! Derry is as vital to us now as Batty used to be

BBC reckons Bakke may be a possibility against Leicester but i can't even see him making the bench........
KB is just saying that so whoever comes in for Derry will work hard to try keep his place but we all know Derry will get his place back......
From BBC "Shaun Derry begins a two-match ban so Eirik Bakke (hamstring) may return."

Nice to know we've got cover and competition for places though!
